Please read the terms and conditions in the Endeavour Group Margaret River Wine Show Exhibitor Schedule prior to submitting your entries.

Refund Policy: If an entry is withdrawn prior to the closing date, the Margaret River Wine Show may in its discretion refund the entry fee less any administrative costs and ShowRunner fees incurred in processing the entry. Withdrawals made after the closing date are not refundable.

The MRWA Member Entry Code must be applied at the time of entry to receive a 50% discount. MRWA is unable to refund the discount on entries submitted via ShowRunner without the code. 

Privacy Policy

The Endeavour Group Margaret River Wine Show collects information from a number of sources, in the public domain, to contact wine enterprises who then may be invited to enter wine show. The Endeavour Group Margaret River Wine Show collects further information from wine enterprises as they submit an entry. All collected information from entries is only used to further existing relationships with entrants. The Endeavour Group Margaret River Wine Show does not pass on, or disclose, any information about wine enterprises to any other organisation or person.
